Great location and staff. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms small but sufficient. For some reason they allowed smoking on our floor and our room was negatively affected. Only reason they lost a star.

Nice place to stay in Da Nang, only a few minutes walking to the beach. The staff were nice and helpful (especially Trường). My favorite thing about this hotel is their complimentary breakfast buffet - plenty of options and they all taste so delicious! Will stay there again.

We loved everything about this hotel. Room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, staff were very friendly, air conditioning was strong in the room, and the rooftop pool was a great size for the kids. Would absolutely stay here again.

Mona Lisa made me smile!

I love the wood floors in my room. I was on the 8th floor and enjoyed a view of the ocean. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were very helpful.

During checkin (a 3-min process) the receptionist completed 2 min of work and asked to wait. I asked why and if the room wasn’t ready. He asked me to wait aside without giving a reason. Then he completed the checking in for the white couple behind me and then called me to finish my 1-min task. I noticed he also finished the checkin of an Asian couple before me without any interruption. When I asked again why he had me wait, he pretended he didn’t understand. In the room, bed wasn’t too comfortable and AC worked only at one setting. However the ocean view was good. To request making the room, you have to press a button. Although I did not request, the maid came the next day. I put my toiletry kit and other personal items on two washcloths on the desk. She removed those washcloths for no reason and did not put new ones. First, they shouldn’t get in without requesting the service and should not touch personal items. I felt very uncomfortable and when complained it to the same receptionist, again he pretended not understanding. Good location but not a good experience. If your complexion is dark, perhaps you avoid this place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Please do not book this hotel. We were in a deluxe hotel room, 803. The wooden floor was covered in dust all around the edges and corners. We kept getting other people’s long and short hairs caught on our feet and shoes. The major problem over how dirty the room was that there where sh$t strain on the sheets and the only air con vent in the room sent the cold air into the lounge area and not into the bedroom where it was needed. There was a clear temperature difference between the two zones. An engineer came to the room and said it was fine. The hotel is dirty as with black mould on the bathroom ceiling and the dirty bedding and the dust everywhere. Staff didn’t care
