"Room was super clean and comfy, exactly what I needed. All the basics were there and worked fine. It’s in a central spot, so getting around was easy. The host was really chill and made the stay feel relaxed.

Location is good. Bee is clwan and comfortable. Size is good. Internet access is good. The only thing is that the surrondings can be noisy as not sound proof. Staying on 5th floor. Response is fast

Peter front desk is very unprofessional.

Property was average. Customer service very poor. Upon check in I asked if I could do a later check out I was told no due to someone else checking in but was told they would hold my bags for me. The day of check out front desk staff Peter was to occupied conversing and smoking with his friends right outside the door even noticing that we were there waiting it took about half an hour for another front desk person to assist us. She called him multiple times but completely ignored her so she had to help us and take the elevator card from us. We walked pass him with all our bags and he did not acknowledge us at all. After several hours he texted me to ask where the elevator card was.. No one ever acknowledged us to say hello or anything during our stay. Poor customer service. Due to this I would never stay here again.

Luxury apartment, right next to Xuan Huong Lake, very convenient to move around, can walk to the night market and dining areas, in general the location here is very good. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly to customers. Give it a perfect 10 points

The apartment is located right in the heart of the city, close to places to eat and shop. It is especially convenient to get around. Our room was very clean and fully equipped. The staff was very enthusiastic. They took care of us and asked us a lot about our trip. I don't know how to describe it exactly. In my opinion, this is a great choice when coming to Da Lat.

Loved how tidy and bright the room felt. Nothing fancy, but everything was set up right. Since it's pretty central, I didn’t waste time moving around. Staff were friendly and quick to help when I needed something.
