I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Curitiba, Paraná. The hotel’s central location in the heart of downtown is perfect for exploring the city, yet it maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. Safety was clearly a priority, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with delicious meals that catered to various tastes. Someone got inside my room while I was sleeping

Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service.

Upon checking in service was poor and disorganized. We stayed for 2 days, the air-conditioning stopped ✋️ working on the first night. We were told that the hotel was from 2003 and that is the way it is. We can't control the temperature ourselves, it depends on the outside temperature for it to function....
