Un cálido hotel en Albert.

excelente y comodo hotel. el personal muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar. la habitacion comoda, limpia y de buen gusto . habia siempre una jarra electrica a disposicion nuestra en el cuarto.Es ideal para pasar una o dos noches ya que no cuenta con un placard grande.El desayuno muy bueno.Es ideal para ir con auto, el hotel tiene parking gratuito y está muy cerca del pequeño centro de Albert. Lo remiendo y volveria si regreso a Albert algun dia.

Out of town centre location with no taxi service available. Kitchen was not in use so no evening meal could be had at the hotel itself. The staff, singular, was friendly but basically one member of staff was having to cover all jobs from reception to bar staff.

Hotel was closed between 12-3pm. Unusual for a large chain hotel. We were not informed in advance. Seems like only 2 staff in the whole hotel.

Staying overnight

We came from the Bordeaux region and had a 750km journey done by car. We checked in at 20.30 in the evening and at that moment we could not have dinner anymore: kitchen was closed. The man who checked us in also did serve the dinner table and worked at the empty bar as well. After we had dinner in town we came back at 23.00 and the bar was closed, diningroom closed and keys on the bar for some new customers. The key had a cat hanging on it, so we could not hide it in our clothes.(I'd say: take off that cat) The breakfast was very good and the bedroom was also clean and good. The hotel overall is good and food in the pub downtown is also very good, but it needs a lot more to make you feel at home in this hotel. Staying for one night is okay but I would not recommend it for a longer time. Theo.

Ravis de cette escapade en amoureux Étions en moto aurions aimé pouvoir bénéficier d'un abri sécurisé pour notre moto mais nous l'avons stationné devant l'entrée donc aucun pb. Établissement magnifique seul bémol une mauvaise insonorisation. Mais confort de lit très très appréciable.

Bra för den som vill veta mer om 1:a världskriget.

Lugnt läge en liten bit utanför Albert, men på promenadavstånd till centrum och basilikan och till det underjordiska museet om 1:a världskriget. Endast en gäst ytterligare och vi i den lite ödsliga restaurangen på kvällen, men kvaliteten på såväl mat som service var inget att klaga på. Riklig och god frukost. Gott om parkeringsplatser.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the centre and late taxis are difficult. Not many guests while we were there so found the bar shut and no staff at 10.30pm after arriving back from town. Continental breakfast was fine. Didn’t use the resterant as we eat with friends in town. Overall a good stay and fine.

Good choice

A historic area and inn with enough updating to be acceptably modern. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Note - no elevator to 2nd floor where almost all rooms are. Would stay here again.
