Mavi Ev is located on the main street running through LaVale, MD just on the outskirts of Cumberland and a short hop to Frostburg University. Guests can expect to have private off street parking and access to an entire private upstairs floor of the house (via an exterior staircase and entrance) including two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The living room also boasts of a very comfortable furniture set including a pull-out bed. In the bunk bed room there is a loveseat which also converts to a twin bed; all-in-all allowing for up to 7 guests to sleep with ease!

This could be a great place!
The quaint apartment is cute and comfortable. However, a deep cleaning would help. There are no closets that can be used for hanging clothes. We made due and enjoyed what was. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the living room comfortable for tv viewing.

Nice Potomac Highlands Hideaway
This was a nice and quiet place to stay in La Vale, MD with excellent access to my favorite hiking spots in the Potomac Highlands. Definitely recommended!

Just what we needed
We rented only a week out and the process was quick and easy. We found the rental to be in good condition for an older home, with old home charms. It was nice to have a small kitchen so as to not need to eat out every meal. It was nice to have plenty of seating in the living room as well. The neighborhood has lots of neat looking older homes.

Convenient appartment close to Cumberland, restaurants, shopping
This appartment afforded me and friends and family to have a comfortable place to relax and unwind after long days outside during our stay. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kithchen was adequate, although we didn't do a lot of cooking. Restraurants, markets, etc. were close by and convenienct. The host Ethan was very responsive and always returned messages in a timely manner. The appartment is situated on the second floor of a house and there are neighbors living downstairs so we had to be conscious of not making too much noise late at night, but it was not a huge issue. But something to "know before you go". I would absolutely reccomend this booking!
