Over the years, we have stayed here several times. Staff is fantastic, but the rooms are looking a little tired. Definitely in need up a refresh, especially with a new hotel just a few doors down.

The initial room I got was clearly used and not cleaned yet, bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor. I went down to the desk and they got me a new room, which was fine other than the toilet lid being cracked in half. They also didn't set my room key for the right amount of days so I had to go down ...
