"Lakes hotel and Spa has exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was outstanding -the staff were so professional and friendly and went above and beyond; the room was lovely and clean with the added bonus of a hot-tub, the spa looked great though we didn't get a chance to enjoy it as stopped only 1 night. The food at Mizumi was delicious and the buffet breakfast catered to all dietary needs with plenty of options. We plan on returning soon. The location was great too, a 2 min walk to lake Windermere's Bowness ferry/boats and shops. "
