Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in the laundry bin inside the bathroom. Please turn faucets, stove, coffee maker off. Please lock up front door, all windows, and shut garage door.
Please ensure ALL trash is put inside a trash bag; place bags in the trash bin in the garage. Put all aluminum cans in any bag separately to be recycled, leave next to trash bin.
No fireworks. No loud music. Please shoes off inside the home. Wash dishes and put away where you found them. Wash countertops and stovetop. Clean out microwave and oven if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
