"Everything was fantastic except the bedrooms got too hot bc the thermostat was in the common area where there were no vents. Also no way to watch streaming services on any of the tvs. The kitchen could've used a cutting board and decent knives."

"Overall the experience we had with this hotel was not the best. We booked a 3day 2 night stayed and had called in advance to inform them of our delay and notified them we would be arriving closer between 11-midnight. Front desk acknowledged and reviewed my itinerary. When we arrived to check in we were informed the room we had booked had been given to someone else and we had to pay a separate fee for a room similar to the one we had but that our previous payment would be voided. Saturday afternoon we get a call stating that we had overstayed our reservation & went down to figure out what was the issue as our stay was for another day. Was told it had been a mistake by the previous employee but everything was sorted out. At checkout we were asked to relayed what had happened because there were a lot of notes on our room situation and was told that the we were going to be receiving a partial refund for the second payment of the room. When I asked why not a full I was told we had stayed there a night to which I reminded them that the room had been prepaid two weeks in advance and the mistake had been on their part and that’s the best they could do. Front desk was not helpful whatsoever and will consider staying there for future visits."

"The rooms were small, a lot of things were broken, and I was very upset because I booked three rooms through Orbitz and one of our guests didn't make it the first day so they rebooked the room and keep our charge. Doesn't seem right. Also they didn't notify me even though I was staying on premisis and had checked in for another room. "

"Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep. "
