"It was a nice decent lower price hotel within walking distance of the Mall of America. Was quick and easy to get to skybridge..literally 2 minute walk. It was a 30 dollar charge to check in 1.5 hours early. they were painting an entrance and no marking to enter/ not enter/ wet paint, stuff was everywhere and noone to be found. Now to room. You had jump on the handle to get the door open as the green light flashed. Room was clean(ish).. except for the 5 stains left in carpet in the small living room. bed was fresh clean. fridge and microwave were cool. The window shades had some dried liquid on it that made me avoid touching all together The toilet seat was off set and loose and almost threw me off. The showerhead is made for a 4'2" person because I was ducking down at 5'10" to wash my hair and the tub just dripped all night. The place needs a fix it and update sweep. But it did the job, keep in mind Ive paid less at the las vegas mgm grand, NyNy and park for ask much as i paid for two nights there. And their place is spotless. The patio/ grill/ smoking section was nice. Until the construction worker group sat out drinking and yelling until 11-12 pm. I enjoyed the pool area but the jets in the hot tub were just blowing giant amounts of AIR instead of water as if every jet seal was broken. It was so odd. i have never saw a hot tub do that before. It was close to the mall, it was a convenient placement. If I ever go back I will try the Rad."

"Super strange that housekeeping knocked on my door and walked in while I was sleeping at 7am and then again at 8am. I called the front desk to see why... he said that was unusual. Then the airport shuttle was late and I had to have the front desk call them."

"This was my second stay here. We were out and about for most of the time and weren't able to take advantage of most of the amenities. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room temperature was inconsistent. The property is conveniently located."
