We are delighted to offer a variety of amenities for your enjoyment. However, all facilities are used entirely at the guests’ own risk. The property owners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

Wood-Burning Stove, Wood-Fired Pizza Oven & Fire Pit
-These amenities must only be operated by guests with proper experience.
-Improper use can cause serious injuries, burns, or property damage.
-Any damage caused by misuse is the financial responsibility of the guests.
-Children must never be left unattended near any fire-related amenity.

Hot Spring Spa
-The spa may only be used by capable, responsible individuals.
-There is a risk of drowning; no child may use or enter the spa without direct adult supervision at all times.
-Unsupervised use can result in serious injury or death.
-No glass is allowed in the spa

Spiral Stairs
-Safety measures and childproof gates have been installed on the main spiral staircase. If children are present, these gates must be used at all times.
-The spiral stairs in the primary bedroom have not been modified. Children are strictly prohibited from using this staircase and must not be left unattended in this room.
