This large, modern apartment, with lovely balcony is in the perfect position for a great family holiday. Water views from side balcony and walking distance to everything, just park the car, (2 underground car parks in secure garage). On the first floor, so you can walk up 1 flight of stairs or catch the lift from the underground secured car park. Modern and spacious with open plan living & kitchen. WiFi. Ceramic cook top and electric oven, microwave and coffee machine. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this apartment sleeps 6 people. Bedroom 1 : 1 x Queen, walk in robe & En suite Bedroom 2 : 2 x King Singles Bedroom 3 : 1 set of bunks; (King Single size) Strictly no pets! LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

Phillip Island Girls Weekend
The property is in a very nice position, close to everything and convenient to access. The property was clean and most things we needed. We purchased clothes to clean the kitchen as none were supplied. Loved our night at the penguins and especially liked Pino's Trattoria, great food. The children all had access to their IPad's thru WiFi, so we were all happy and rested.

Good location but cleanliness lacking in property (dust and hair prevalent). One set of sheets paid for that were not provided. Cleaning products and tea towels missing. Different, older style decor and bedding than in photos. Small, internal bathrooms with no natural light. No bath.

Great position
Very clean in the apartment, although the verandah furniture is falling apart, table needs replacing and old fake plants tackiest, considering payed over $1000.00 for 3 nights this could be better.
Fantastic location close to main street. Amazing beach views, immaculate property.
Only downside was additional cost for linen on top of price, which the linen was in a tub for us to make up beds ourselves. Normally incl and on beds at other properties. Will be back though!
Loved that so close to everything & beach right across the road.
The apartment was very neat & spacious.
The only thing I would say is reception is not the best for internet use.

Amazing accommodation
Apartment was lovely, perfect location, clean and well equipped.
Only suggestion to incoming visitors that it’s not toddler proof - so we moved some of the lovely breakables and glass coffee table aside. Also if cooking, there is only 1 fry pan so would be great to have a wok or something else to use. Not a huge issue though as everything else was great!
First National team were great with communication. Would definitely recommend this property as it’s in an ideal location to the beach and Main Street. Will definitely book again next year.

A great place to relax
This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. Secure parking and a walk to beach and cafes. It has everything you could possibly need and was very clean.
