This home has embraced its 70's vintage charm while having updated and comfortable amenities. Outside, enjoy smore's around the fire pit and explore Soos Creek which runs along the property line. There is also a picturesque bench under trees where you can watch the stream and read a book. On the porch, you can enjoy a soak in the hot tub while still taking in the beautiful property. Inside, the home is spacious with a formal dining room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

What's nearby:
Restock on groceries, or grab food to go just 5 minutes from the home. Enjoy a day in the water at Lake Meridian Park, also 5 minutes away, with swimming, playground equipment, and picnic spots. For a day trip to Seattle, the Kent Sounder Station is 15 minutes away, and runs M-F and for some Seahawks and Mariners games.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
