Great location , spoilt only slightly by the construction work outside the hotel . Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . Room was a good size and well equipped . Only slight issue was the water pressure in the shower . Really handy for the metro and the station.

We booked for a room with view for our family expecting the view of the Eiffel Tower but we got the view of buildings only. As soon as checked in, we asked for a place for dinner and the the lady that checked us in recommended Umami. The experience with Umami was the worst. The chicken was burn outside and uncooked inside. My daughter loves chicken but couldn't eat much even if she was so hungry. They serve raw salmon, baked ground beef as steak then charged us a total of $78.53. The food from this place made my husband sick and ruined our 5 day vacation. Our family would rate Umami zero or negative star. The room was spacious and clean. We felt safe and comfortable in the hotel. Everything in the mini bar is free which includes 3 bottles of water and coffee. The coffee maker was broken. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with guidance and transportation. I would recommeded this place to our friends with warning not to eat at Umami.

We love our stay at the Pullman. The staff were so helpful and answered questions like where to eat around the area to booking a hair stylist. They were so accommodating. The staff were simply the best. If it’s your first time in Paris, this hotel will make you feel safe.
