Welcome to the Clare House. A newly renovated 3 bedroom,1 bath home centrally located to all outdoor adventures! Enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and family by the fire pit after a day of hiking, fishing, hunting or being on the lake. When entering the home you will notice a clean, freshly painted living area that includes kitchen, living room, and family room.

Kitchen
Renovated with new kitchen cabinets, formica countertops, dishwasher, electric glass-top stove, and dishwasher.

Family room
Relax on the large sectional couch while streaming your favorite show. With Roku remote you are able to stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Video, or other streaming services provided on Roku remote. If you're feeling competitive, play a friendly game of foosball.
*A futon is also located in the family as an additional seating or bed.

Dining room
Located next to the kitchen, includes an oak table that extends to comfortably seat 6 people

Bedroom 1
Two Twin beds with new tempur pedic soft mattresses. The beds can also be put together to make one large king bed. A king blanket is provided in the closet. Beds include mattress covers.

Bedroom 2
Full bed with new tempur pedic soft mattress. New sheets and blanket. Extra blanket located in the closet. Full bed includes a mattress cover.

Bathroom 3
Queen bed with new tempur pedic soft mattress. New sheets and blanket. Extra blanket located in the closet. Queen bed includes a quilt mattress cover.

Bathroom
Located next to the bedrooms, includes a new vanity, mirror, toilet and new white subway tile shower. Also included are fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Back Patio
BBQ your favorite dish with the gas grill provided, or sit and enjoy the evening by the fire pit with your friends and family. The back blue building includes night lights to add to that perfect evening ambiance.

Heating/Cooling
Home includes an A/C wall unit located in the family room and two bedrooms. Each room includes its own standing fan. With the unusually hot weather, window shades are installed to help keep cool during hot afternoons.

Council Idaho is a pleasant little town that is conveniently located 37 miles to McCall Idaho, and 21 miles to Lost Reservoir lake. Walking distance from the Clare Home, you will find a sandwich shop with beer on tap, A pizza shop, and Coffee shop.
