Each of our 5 luxury Airstreams are thoughtfully positioned to preserve privacy, views, and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape. Inside, modern materials and soft curves create a calm, uncluttered retreat: a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a streamlined kitchenette for simple meals, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a full, walk-in shower. Panoramic windows frame oak-dotted hillsides and fill the space with natural light from morning through dusk.

Outdoors, your private deck extends the living space into nature. Mornings are quiet and unhurried—coffee in hand, wildlife moving through the distance. Evenings invite firelight, open skies, and the kind of stillness that’s increasingly hard to find. A private BBQ and fire pit make it easy to settle in and stay present as the light fades and stars emerge.

Guests are free to explore miles of private trails across the property or use Mariposa Highlands as a refined basecamp for the region. Yosemite’s iconic landscapes lie within reach, while nearby lakes offer a slower counterpoint—water, sun, and space to roam.

The property is spread across 440 acres of natural Sierra foothills. While each unit is fully appointed for comfort, the experience is rooted in landscape and setting rather than proximity to town conveniences. Evening skies are dark, nights are quiet, and wildlife is part of the environment.

We prioritize a peaceful atmosphere across the property. This is not a party destination, and gatherings, amplified music, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed in the evenings to preserve the shared experience of stillness and night sky.

Weather, terrain, and seasonal conditions are part of the experience. Guests should expect natural ground surfaces, occasional dust, and changing conditions typical of a rural foothill environment. These elements are not curated away—they are part of the authenticity of the setting.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance approval. A pet fee applies to support additional cleaning and maintenance required in a natural landscape setting.

Cancellations follow a firm policy, reflecting the limited number of accommodations and the highly intentional nature of the experience. We recommend booking only when travel plans are certain.
