The purpose of this trip was attraction to Kickapoo Casino it was closed due to Covid 19 but front desk didn't say or ask reason for the stay. All she could say you have to talk to manager on Tuesday. We didn't even enter the room just received room key. She was not professional and had a nasty attitude when I advised wanted refund. She said sorry your card has been charged already. Talk to hotel manager.

This hotel should be ashamed of the smell in their rooms, and very skimpy amenities!! Won’t stay here ever again.
