Located on Via Roma, a central area of Cortina d'Ampezzo, just steps away from the famous Corso Italia, the pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Ideal for families looking for comfort and well-being.



The apartment measures 120 sqm and is spread over two levels. It is furnished with taste and with particular attention to detail. Composed of a living area with a large and comfortable corner sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, typical stone stube and wooden table with bench seating. La casa è accogliente e confortevole inoltre la formula di avere tre camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno è vincente. Anche la posizione è strategica perché è a pochi passi dal centro di Cortina. Metterei degli infissi che isolino di più dai rumori perché via Roma è molto trafficata.
