Come stay and drop anchor at Anchor's Away! Whether you're enjoying the private pool, driving the included golf cart to the beach or just hanging out on one of the 2 spacious decks looking out to the gulf, this newly built 3-level, 5-bedroom 4-bath house is the perfect place for relaxation and fun. The driveway and covered parking area has enough space for up to 5 vehicles and is equipped with a 220v Electric Vehicle charging outlet (You will have to bring your own adapter).
One of this home's best features is walking to the beach; yes, it's that close!

Through the front door and up the stairs you are welcomed to a spacious kitchen, equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and separate island with seating for five and dining area with 4 chairs and a built-in bench. Just off to the side is the living room, with space for gathering family and friends to relax and watch TV. From there you can either walk out onto the outside deck, which has seating for up to 8 people, or head to one of the two bedrooms on that level. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has 2 sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunks. This floor also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Walking up to the third and top level of the house you will find the game room. With a separate sink, mini-fridge, TV, and foosball table it's a fun spot for kids and adults alike. On this level, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, with a king bed in the first room and a queen in the second bedroom. There are also 2 full bathrooms on this level with a walk-in shower in one and a shower/tub combo in the other.
Another deck can be found on this level as well, with seating for up to 6 Just under the house on the right, there is a stackable washer and dryer. To the left, you will find a separate apartment with a queen-sized bed, a separate twin, and a full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment also has a sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. You can also walk outside directly to the pool from the apartment!
Located in the backyard is the stunning private pool, with a fire pit, outside shower, and picnic table it s the best place to be in the whole house! You can also access any of the outside decks from the backyard as well.

Things to know:

Private Heated Pool (The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.)

Wi-Fi- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
