Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays✨

We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? This home isn't pet or ESA emotional support animal friendly. We have lots of other homes that are pet friendly so just let us know what you need and we can help however we can.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

Thanks so much for understanding! We just want to make sure everything is clear up front. Looking forward to hosting you! 😊
