Perfect Vacation home in a perfect location

This vacation home definitely made this trip memorable and my son enjoyed his 9th birthday here especially by thr pool side. Definitely will come back and highly recommend.

Love and Luck on North Padre Island

We loved how handy the home was to the beaches and area attractions. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. Being the end unit, it was very quiet inside the fence.

So clean

We take a trip every April and I have to say that this was by far the cleanest and most pet friendly place we have stayed at. We have a special needs daughter and the place was absolutely perfect for us, both of our dog were able to go outside with out us having to be with them which is a huge help when our attention is devoted to our daughter.

This place is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay would definitely book again I loved that you have your own private area right across from the pool. I can’t get better than this let’s not forget master bedroom has the most comfortable bed, as well as the second bedroom. 👍🏼🏖️😎

Great Location

This is our third time staying at this property, although the first time with this property management company. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Once Summer arrives, it will be nice to enjoy the pool.

Super cute & conveniently located

This cottage was great for our mini vacation. There were a few things that weren’t perfect (couldn’t access closest with lawn cushions, master bedroom is insanely bright at night) but no place ever will be. This cottage had everything you could need for a getaway and the location was perfect- close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. My friend & I are already talking about our next stay.

Wonderful family home.

This house has everything we needed. This house was set up by someone who understands having kids. I didn't have to kids proof before letting the kids in the house. Anything breakable was put up high. They have a high chair and pack n'play if you needed it. There was beach gear in the outside closet. The pool is a 4ft pool with a seating bench down one side. Perfect for the little kids. Would absolutely comeback.

Overall this place is comfy and beautiful. Our whole gamily enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Housekeeping slacked a little on their job, but I spoke with the property manager and they assured me the problem would be fixed for incoming guest. We would stay again with no hesitation. Very family friendly.

It has a nice patio with furniture. The pool is located a few feet from the house. It was very clean. Nice furnishings. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice washer and dryer. Beach towels and soft extra blankets. Very comfortable beds.

Great place for kids and adults

We had never stayed in this area, so i wasn’t sure what to expect. The house was roomier than i expected and very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture, the kitchen was well stocked and a tv in every room. The private outside sitting area was very nice. Our grandson loved the pool being so near the front door. A short drive to an awesome beach. Customer service was prompt the couple times i texted and asked questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely rent again here.

Really enjoyed this place, very cozy felt like home. Was very clean. Had everything we needed. Nice area, definitely will be back next year around the same time. Only thing wrong was the TV in the master bedroom, we could never turn it on, the remote didn’t work and one was broken. Nothing big that can’t be fixed.

Home Away From Home

Just as the title says it was truley home away from home, very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and then some. I highly recommended this for family vacations or even just a get away with your spouse. Even had wine glasses ladys! Just byow! Oh and so close to the beach just hop in the car and 5 mins your there! Or go take a dip on the pool right outside the gate! We did both and enjoyed it all!

Great Location but,

Loved the location, the layout was and space were really good, but the furniture was beyond third rate. Sofa was worn, one bed squeaked while the other had a broken frame. Luckily we found a brick and used some ingenuity to get good sleep. Take beach towels, cause even though they state available for use, we didn't find any. Also, take AA batteries for the remote, guess why. Even with all that, I would stay there again.
