Great stay! Very close to beach, and not far from nightlife and restaurants. Clean plenty of room and the game room was a great added feature. Lots of fun! Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here before and will stay here again! Great property that is AS it is described in every way, shape, and form! Property management company is on top of communication and guidance!

Great for family

We enjoyed our stay. We had our extended family share the home and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the upstairs game room. We appreciated that each room had their own bathroom. The walk or golf cart ride to the beach was a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

Loved the location as it was walking distance to some of the shops and just a few blocks from the beach. The house had everything we needed for staying in and making meals and the teens we traveled with made use of the game room. Overall, I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Loved the house! Perfect location. Walking distance to town, resturants and Berts ( the only grocery store on the island plus so much more). The house was very clean and the beds and great room furniture were very comfortable. Having an upper and lower deck was great too. An added bonus was all the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and bikes. Vacasa was easy to deal and very attentive. Thank you for a great family trip!

Family sandfest vacation

The property is so adorable! It was a great fit for my family. Everyone had their own room/bathroom with plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other. It was in a great location, walking distance, to the beach. It was just like home, with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of our friends and family!

Such a great and cleanly place!

This was an excellent place to stay with a big group of people. Super close to the beach, minutes from a gas station and tourist store, and the pool and patio area were great to have as well. The only thing I would say was that the fire alarm would go off every time we’d use the oven so we’d have to open the doors. Other than that, super clean, great communication with property manager, and house had everything we needed!

PORT A VACATION

WE HAD A VERY GOOD TIME. THE LOCATION WAS WONDERFUL AND THE POOL WAS GREAT. THE FLOORS WERE NOT AS CLEAN AS EXPECTED AND WE HAD TROUBLE CHECKING IN...WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG CODE FOR THE DOOR.

The property is small but nicely decorated with plenty of seating for our group of 9 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was especially nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The cleaning service did not do a good job prior to our check-in. We found crab claws on the coffee table and floor and general dirt on the floor. The kitchen has a mold smell. The smoker/grill are rusted out and unusable so we had to buy one that could be used. The ventilation fan in the yellow bathroom constantly leaks some kind of liquid that falls onto the toilet. The community was very crowded and a couple of times there were cars from unknown persons parked in our designated spaces.
