For $67 a night, it was a really nice hotel. The hotel room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I have problems sleeping, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fan in my room. The room was a little cold and I wish the pillows were a little firmer, but overall it was a really nice stay and a really Comfortable stay.

Stay away. Bugs and I saw a mouse in my room. Insufficient toilet paper provided and coffee maker in room did not work. Cheap bedding. Parer thin walls. I could hear my neighbors and highway traffic at night.

Clean but cold and noisy

No hot water, the water never got warm in the shower. Inconvenienced the front desk dude when we rolled in at 7:30pm. He was upset that he had to come out from behind the curtain to check us in. Clean room. Heard all the outside traffic throughout the night and heard our neighbors next door clearly through the wall talking about their trip.

good for a basic room

rooms was physically clean, yet quite musty and smelled a bit of mildew, mattresses quite old, springy, and indented bathroom was clean but water pressure was quite poor and shower drain was very slow and backed up almost to flooding over

This motel was extremely convenient. Lovely town. Motel was clean, staff friendly, amenities adequate. It IS located in a fairly busy area so vehicle noise is ever present but that does not bother me.

I appreciated that there was a good sized fridge/freezer and microwave in the room. Other fellow travelers staying there were quiet. Desk attendant was polite and professional. We booked this room in a pinch, and we were very happy with our stay! We will definitely return ❣️
Sea Lion Caves, only a 45 minute drive from the motel. A must go to!

If you're traveling from far away, don't stay here. They won't let you check in, they don't answer their phone, they don't return your calls, they have a strict no refunds policy clearly displayed in their lobby on a sign, and their staff are rude if you ask them for help. I paid $150 to sleep in my car. Terrible experience. Here's what happened: I knew I was going to arrive past midnight, so I called them at 8:30 PM to ask if there would be someone to check me in. They didn't answer their phone, and instead I left a message. The machine said they'd call me back soon. I called them again at 9 PM when I received no response, again, same result with the machine answering the call promising a call back. We ended up driving and arriving after midnight. When we arrived, we pressed the call bell to bring an attendant to the desk during overnight hours. No one came, we tried calling the bell a few times, but nothing worked. We ended up sleeping in our car hoping that maybe a staff member would be around at 6 or 7 AM, and we could still get the key until our checkout time at 11 AM. No staff showed up until 10 AM. When we asked the guy for the key, he said "our website says check-in ends at 10 PM" and was very rude about it, not friendly at all. I searched the website carefully, it doesn't say this anywhere. On top of that, the email from Expedia says checkin after 3 PM, that's all. Furthermore, even if it was true, why didn't we get called back when I called at 8:30 PM and 9?
