I had horrible experience at your property I had kids running up and down hallways kicking knocking and when I called from desk nothing was done about it I was super exhausted and couldn't get rest I was visiting utica due to a sick family member also your property is not safe at all anyone can walk in there were dunk people in the back of hotel coming in and out the lobby I was afraid to park my car traveling alone as woman to stay at this property is not safe. I brought everything up when I left and again was told nothing we could do about! I'm looking fwd for a refunded this property is way to expensive for what it Offered!
