The property was under construction. They put this on the third floor where they were doing active construction. The hallways were dirty. Construction early in the morning which Woke us up . The water coming out of the fixtures was brown.

They are currently under construction/remodel. Place was quite until 9:am. Breakfast room was put together in a guest room, but tastefully done, with all expected items. Beds were comfortable, room clean. Good location.

There are better places to stay in Conway

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: the smell of mildew was strong
But for the low price, it was fine for one night. The complimentary breakfast was the best part. Our room smelled like mildew but we were close to the indoor pool. The baseboards looked there had been water damage so maybe that is where the mildew smell was coming from.

Best Budget Hotel

Pros: Clean, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: A small coffee pot in the room would be nice, but not necessary.
Location: Lots of restaurants within walking distance, some local places will deliver.
My husband, myself and our son's girlfriend were traveling from Central NY to San Antonio, TX for my son's graduation from AF Basic Training. Not being entirely sure how long we were going to be able to drive when we started to get tired I pulled up Travelocity to find a hotel. I choose this one based on the great price and good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Though small the room was very clean and pleasant smelling. It appeared to have been recently updated. The double beds were comfortable. The towels were fresh and the water pressure in the shower was great. This room did not have a coffee pot, mini fridge, or microwave but several local restaurants deliver. My only issue would be the TV. The TV itself was nice but we were there on a rainy night and the cable kept going in and out. Not sure if they have their cable via satellite but it appeared the rain greatly impacted reception. Overall great one night pit stop. The staff was friendly and helpful and there is coffee in the office. If we go that way when we head home I'd gladly stay again.

Location: Lots of shops near by
The Staff from.. Management to the nice women preparing us a very nice breakfast ,were all amazing. That being said The walls are a bit thin and it could have been because there was a pass through door. I would stay there again because of the nice people that work there. we stayed 4 nights .
