"The bed was so uncomfortable, hard as a rock. It’s noisy past midnight. They charge a 100$ fee NOT a deposit for pets mine are 20 pounds and 4 pounds which is not what I was informed. I asked if I’d be getting the hold back in a week or so and was told yes! Upon arrival it smelled of marijuana at the entrance. Definitely won’t stay again!!"

"The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and well done. From cold or hot and pastries. The decor of the entire hotel is outstanding with attention to detail like no other. Individual sitting areas for couples or groups all throughout the hotel. If I were to nick pick a few minor details it would be a larger tv, better shower heads (the kind that have a solid spray as opposed to one that has no flow in the center), and possibly adjustable. The tub is slippery, so a grab bar would be helpful. We thouroly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Overall, definitely a 5*"

"We had a great stay at the Farmstead Inn. The room was very clean and every day they came in to clean and give us fresh towels. The free breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping left us a personal message everyday. We will be staying there every time we go to Shipshewana."

"Right off the interstate in an area surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other stores. Numerous restaurants within a mile or less. Very quiet hotel. Staff extremely polite, check-in fast. Breakfast Buffett is usual foods, but fresh and good selection. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms are very nice and updated. Hardwood floors. Would definitely stay again solo or with family. "
