Management lied about rugs being washed once a week. Rugs have YEARS of dirts collected. Tub in one of the rioms we were given the tyb faucet was broken and when I called Travelocity to Complain manager had the nerve to tell i should had called him AT 1am!!! To change the faucet while my 2yr slept!!! Then denied the faucet waa broken. When he came to vhange it he said he couldn't becuse the water pipes were broken Nd i need to be given a different room... again!!!

The outlet for the basin was broken so I could not use it. I rented two rooms, and both had no bath towels. Usually on weekends breakfast ends later, but it was not here in this hotel. Breakfast ends every day at 9 am. The halls and elevators were dirty. The dining area had milk and food all over the floor.

Was not happy. Pillows were terrible, room smelled, fire alarm went off in the morning & it sounded like a jet taking off when the heat kicked on. Think the fire alarm went off because they burnt something when making breakfast.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly, bathroom door squeaked very loudly and breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy or cold cereal or make it yourself waffle, oj or coffee. No fruit or bread/muffins/bagels.

The pool was gross. The toilet had rust/blood stains. The sheets and blankets were stained. Not a typical Baymont Inn. Will not return.
