Upon arrival, there was no staff to check us in and we had to stand out in the cold for 30 minutes trying to find someone. We had to reach out to Expedia just to get a hotel clerk to check us in. Unacceptable!

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and looked recently remodeled. No continental breakfast as listed but they did have coffee, juice and fruit. Overall a great stay.

The room was very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. We had a problem with the TV getting cable but they quickly took care of that. I highly recommend this place it's a great deal.

The pillow sheets had blood stains, the control remote for the TV it don’t work, the phone in the room neither, the curtains in the restroom had mold the microwave didn’t rotate. SMH it was only one night and my room was the 215.
