This special place is a very nice and luxury set up at a prime location in the Woodlands. However, we have a few additional rules for guest to stay at the e house!

Please respect our neighbors' privacy by not entering their property under any circumstances, as trespassing is strictly prohibited with no exceptions.

Pool rules:
• Pool is open from 8a-10p
• Use of the pool is at your own risk. Each guest is required to sign a liability waiver. • There is no lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
• No diving
• No children under 14 allowed in or around the pool without adult supervision
• Pool fence should be installed in place at all times and guests should ensure the gate is closed
• No glass in the pool or on the surrounding pool deck
Be considerate of neighbors—no yelling or other loud noises
• No animals allowed in the pool
• No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am-our house is in a residential neighborhood and our guests must be respectful:

• No music outdoors
• No screaming or other loud noises
• No use of the pool or jacuzzi

The property was perfect for 7 of us who traveled to Houston for a wedding. Plenty of room, nice furnishings and, of course, the pool was a huge bonus. It was 90-95 degrees every day we were there and we were in the pool most of the day if we weren't at a wedding related event. Kayleigh could not have been more helpful and prompt in any questions or accomadations we had.

Cousins Reunion

Six cousins and their spouses meet for a three night stay and everyone in the group was very pleased with the accommodations and location. The living room area easily allow all ten of us to have the space to enjoy time together to reminisce and view old photos of our families. Kitchen space was great to prepare meals and we took full advantage by preparing several of our meals. The home had a grill that we used also. Everyone was pleased with the beds and there comfort. We had a few issues(WIFI not working and no clothes iron) but our host resolved these issues in a very timely manner! Having a group of 10 can be a challenge to please, but this home met all our expectations and everyone was pleased. If you are reading this review and need a place to accommodate a large group, this is the perfect place with all necessary amenities, great location and super host!

Great Location, Amenities, and Stay!

Lot's of space and amenities such as the wine cooler. The pool and hot tub were great for everyone. Simple check in and check out process and the host was immediately responsive. Great location and highly recommended.
