Enjoy a barbecue evening in your private, covered terrace with a large dining table, or relax under the Spanish sun in the uncovered terrace. The closest restaurant is a 3-minute stroll from the property, but there are many other shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the lively city center of Conil, just an 8-minute drive from the house. The closest beach, Playa de la Fontanilla, is 1,3 km away (a 4-minute drive or a 13-minute walk), but there are many other beautiful sandy beaches nearby, such as Playa de Roqueo (1,4 km or 5 minutes by car) or the popular Playa Los Bateles (2,6 km or a 6-minute drive away).

Parking on the street is also possible.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is on the same piece of land as 3 other properties and shares the parking area and entrance with them. The front porch faces the shared area.
