I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this room was. I would stay here 100 more times this is probably the cleanest room I’ve had in quite some time sadly. Everyone was friendly and it was quiet. It’s next to a Starbucks and McDonalds.

The only complaint is that they did not have any shampoo but I was told that was because they could not give out the shampoo with the old hotel's name on it. I hope they have it by my next stay next week.

Bed wasn’t a Queen size as I booked. Very small for a standard queen. Front desk person could have been a little more friendly too. Would have stayed there longer had I felt more welcome. Felt like we were a burden for staying there. Wouldn’t go back. You need to work on customer service skills.

The room was clean, the lady that checked me in was rude and Raciest, there is no wat she should be in customer service, i left the property, when i came back the next morning the same women had already been in my room and turn my key card off, when i went to turn my key in, i ask her about someone being in my room, she lied and said the window was open, i told her no it wasn't, then she admitted being in the room, i don't care if she's the owner or not, that is wrong and disrespectful, also towels was moved from the bathroom into the bed

I had to call the police on them. They refused to give me my room key even though I paid the deposit paid for the room and everything. They are very rude and disrespectful. My mom would come over in the morning just to say hi and they would be like you’re not allowed to have any gift on the property or are you paying for that person? Just very rude and disrespectful no good customer service from the time we walked in until the time we walked out.

Okay, So... I'm going to be totally honest. I never write reviews, 'this Motel" I feel like I have to. So, the Cleanliness was probably 4 maybe 5 stars. However the Staff was horrible. I live in Columbus & my family traveled from Pittsburgh. They came up to see me. We got there pretty late around 12am. So I reserved my room beforehand and I was going to bring them up to my room. So I could help them book a room via 3rd party for a discount. As soon as the Staff seen them heading up to my room. I got a phone call. The lady demanded no Visitor's & wanted me to come to the office. Heading down to the office, she yelled at me & basically bullied me into the door. Very unprofessional. I literally had to explain myself to the point that I had to have my mother-in-law book a room through them instead. The whole time this lady, that works in the office is literally on my ass about everything like I'm a 2nd class citizen when I was a paying customer. I absolutely did nothing wrong but try to stay at a motel where my family was at. So come 10:30am, she literally only knocks on my door to say, "Check Out" is at 11. I was up by 9:30am dressed, planning my Uber & breakfast. I felt like I wasn't allowed to stay another night, even if I wanted to. The point is, I really wanted to like motel, but the staff made it impossible. She really made it feel like a prison. I will never stay here again because I will always feel unwelcome. The room was pretty clean, especially the bathroom, although the area under the desk could have used a vacuum. Everything worked properly: lights, ac/heater, and water pressure was good. The staff was nice. Hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained. I only stayed one night, but at the price range, for my upcoming trips to Columbus, I'll be checking out this hotel first.
