The entire hotel is under renovation. They had tape up in the lobby that you had to walk around. Breakfast room is moved and make shift.

The staff was amazing! Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the staff at the desk were both: professional and efficient! Our room was spacious and very clean and I wish we could buy some of the pillows IHG provides! My overall favorite person was Ms Kathleen that handled our breakfast. The food was excellent and we couldn’t have gotten better service anywhere else.

They said there is a $50 pet deposit but when I went to get it back Man dog sleeps in a kennel I was told it’s a NON REFUNDABLE deposit So I ask was it a pet fee? No sir it’s a deposit Ok give it back OH NO WE CANT so ITS A DAMM FEE would be great to know ahead of time . Will never stay there again
