Staff was nice, property was clean. They need to have housekeeping doing a more thorough job with the rooms though (crumbs and a dried spill in one bed). Manager remedied the situation to my satisfaction though. I understand mistakes happen. Most disappointing was with only two guests checking in ahead of me, it took almost 40 minutes for me to check in. Standing there for 40 minutes is not what I wanted to do at the end of a long day. Employee remained pleasant and upbeat though.

VERY Upsetting!! Bed bugs and multiple bites. Took pictures showed manager she said she would refund the room and did not. Travelocity said it was 3 1/2 stars and it was definitely not. The beds and pillows were hard as rock and Travelocity said they had a continental breakfast which they did not!

Good location as far as food and entertainment.

Staff didn't clean. When we asked for towels they said bring your used ones to us first. Never enough face cloths given. Breakfast could have been better. Kitchen had rusty stove top which ruined the look of the room.
