The hot tub was down. I feel like they have to be able to update there listing. And then to top off the stay a member of cleaning staff entered the room while my girlfriend was not wearing any clothing. Extremely disappointing to have to deal with that given it’s a 160$ a night hotel

Pool and hot tub were both closed but not listed on the site. That’s one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Half of the lights in the room didn’t work and the shower curtain did little to keep the water from going all over the floor.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Pool is not working and for 3 hours someone on my floor was banging on a door and fighting. I called for a hour no answer so went down stairs nobody around and I was screaming for help. Smh nobody the room smelled also like old rug. I would never stay again

No pool. No hot tub. Wasn't informed until check in. Had dinner reservations at 9 and was checking in at 8. There was no way or time to locate a new hotel for the desired amenities. Upon arriving to the room, there was NO heat on in the room. It was freezing. I had to run a hairdryer for heat just to stand on the bathroom floor. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay RUINED!!!

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing more, nothing less. The pool and hot tub area wasnt available. The area has been closed since Dec.9th with no update/warning given when booking (or signs posted). Ice machines didnt work (we tried two of them, neither worked). Scale in fitness area didnt work. Keurig coffee maker in the room didnt work. Blinds (room darking) was ripped/tattered on one side. No extra toilet paper or kleenex boxes in the room (had to ask). There was mildew in the shower and the carpet edges (where you would have to use a vacuum attachment to reach) were very dusty.
