I was already having a bad day, came into check in and the woman at the front desk gives me the key. I walk in on a family that clearly is in that room. Elevator sounded like it was going to break on us. In come to find out, it actually did after we got off of it. When coming back to get a new key and a new room. I found pizza crust and sauce cup in the corner of the room behind the nightstand and a water bottle and soda lid under the bed and the hair dryer didn’t work and there was two broken lamps in my room and the drain plug didn’t work in the tub either but other than that the jacuzzi was nice
