This apartment in Collesalvetti in the province of Livorno is located in a farmhouse renovated in 1998 within an organic farm. It is particularly suitable for families, couples or even small groups of friends, looking for the relaxation of the Tuscan countryside and proximity to the sea and the cities of art such as Florence, Lucca and Pisa.
The farmhouse located in the countryside is close to villages such as Guasticce, Vicarello and Collesalvetti where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and shops within a 5-minute drive. The sea with its Livorno stretch called the Etruscan Coast is only 20 minutes away by car. Here we find deep and endless beaches, high and windy cliffs, and stretches protected by pleasant pine forests. Also with 20 minutes by car you can reach Tirrenia where instead there are vast sandy beaches.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. It is located above the restaurant of the farmhouse, open to the public with typical Tuscan products. there may be some noise until the restaurant itself closes. It is equipped with bed, kitchen and bathroom linen, and also has its own private table outside to enjoy the countryside in relaxation. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Inside the farmhouse you can also find a private swimming pool for the guests of the farmhouse with deck chairs and shower.
It is not possible to check-in after 8 pm.
