Checked in and my card would not work. I think I had to go to the front desk at least 4 times to get it fixed. My family and I took the elevator when we first got there and we noticed how loud it was and looked at the inspection on display and it expired in 2021. Not even two hours later there was an out of order sign on the elevator. The hallways had a smell, almost like dirty shoes. Went to the continental breakfast and the food was stale. We checked out early.

It’s apparent Atlanta views society as potential criminals, every trip out for a food run or shopping I found guards shining lights into my car or asking if I had a room there which made my trip worry sum. I say Atlanta because the guards seemed to suggest that looking for criminals was an ordinary thing. I won’t stay there again based upon I wasn’t exposed to such things at the Hilton. Just in case it’s not Atl & more about quality Inns policy’s I’ll pass next time.

The inside was very clean and the staff was nice! A little language barrier but very respectful! The room was clean but dated ie broken lamp shade and worn out furniture! The outside area was filled with cigarette butts and the area did not look safe. Recommend for a quick overnight stay to go to the airport or for a trucker, but not for a family stay!

I stayed for 3 nights here. The location was very convenient for me being that it was near to the airport and other places I had to visit. (I was told that it wasn't the safest area and I also saw cops making rounds in the area ever so often which was a good thing). I was on the1st floor and unfortunately there was a guy in a room right next to me who was smoking all day and the hallways reeked of smoke and infact the smoke smell was inside my room. I reached out to front desk and the ladies were helpful enough to switch my room to the second floor! I know there is a sign in the room that states " if you choose to smoke you will be charged a $250 fee; however, I don't think you should even be allowed to smoke inside the hotel rooms. Go Outside! Guests like me that have asthma are not able to smell those fumes. The hotel was clean and so were the rooms. Very comfy beds! Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle was useful. Overall, for the price it was a good stay.
