The kitchen is open-concept and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary appliances for your culinary needs. A shower/bidet/WC is also conveniently located on this floor.

The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout the property, allowing you to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature.
