"This is the first time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn that had: a) no coffee machine in the room, and b) no alarm clock beside the bed. The towels in the washroom were quite old and lacked softness. The hotel breakfast ran out quickly, and the staff would not refill yogurt or fruits even 30 minutes before the scheduled breakfast end time. We stayed for three nights, and on two of those days, the only fruit available was clementines — and even those were spoiled. There were no baked items available except sliced bread. The lady in the dining room was quite rude. She told me she would not refill the fruits, even though there were still 30–45 minutes left before breakfast ended. That said, the front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming."
