Although I understand that running a hotel these days is not easy and profit margin are low, this place was disgusting. Continental breakfast was dismal. I stuck my hand into a bowl with ketchup packets, only to find them stuck together and crusty. They must have been sitting there untouched for days. Some were puffed up. I brought it up with the staff. They looked in the bowl, picked out one packet that exploded, and tossed it, while leaving all other sticky and gross ones in. This demonstrated to me how the corners are cut. Floor in the room and bathroom was unclean, with some hair. And there were cockroaches. That was my last straw.

We didn’t get to our room til extremely late due to delays in flight we both just wanted to shower, the water for both of our showers was barely Luke warm, didn’t want to stand under to wash hair. Bed was comfortable, had a full day planned and was leaving the following morning for a cruise, got back to room late again and both had cold showers again! Got up early had breakfast, it was good, didn’t complain to staff because we needed to get on the road and I don’t like to be one of those people.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. The room floor was extremely dirty. The electric outlet in the bathroom was completely broken so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or hair tools. I stayed last year and it’s why I returned this year but clearly the place declined and I won’t be returning.

The room was clean. The bed squeaked and one of the showers had rust in the tub. Staff has always been nice though and I know they are upgrading the place. I've never not felt safe there. I use this pace to stay before I cruise.

The sheets had a big, black stain. The blanket had a quarter sized burn hole in it. Walking barefoot for a couple of hours in the floor turned the soles of my feet completely black! My friends found a rusted, broken screw under the sheets of their bed.
