Rented this Condo for 21 days. Mark was great with communications. Condo was clean and perfect for 3 retired sisters. Furniture was comfy, and beds were great. Location was perfect and within walking distance. The view was beautiful. We even saw 2 SpaceX launches and just missed the launch of Artemis II. We most definitely will be back.

Wow this place was perfect! The condo was clean the view was amazing. The condo was easy to get to. We parked our car and never drove it again. We could walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops. We will book again. Our family that lives in Cocoa beach took down the info so they could pass it along to other guests that came to visit! Bed were great plenty of blankets and pillows! Communication was excellent!

This is our second time staying at this condo. We loved the area and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the balcony. The host was easily accessible especially when we accidentally forgot our entrance key

This is the best location. Live music, bars, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed everything about this place. They had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys for your use. Beautiful views and very safe. The inside was beach decorated and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very helpful. We will be back for sure!
