"The room is so outdated. Which is not the room the i booked. I chose the updated one online but i got the old ugly room which we stay for 7 days. The bathroom is very small and the bathtub drain is not working. We have 3 forks, spoon and 2 cooking pans. They dont clean on weekends, they dont clean or give towels everyday. You have to schedule 24 hours for cleaning. No sponge to wash dishes so bring your own. The staff are nice and friendly. The pools are clean and some are warm. The beach is very nice but you have to rent the chairs and umbrella. Which i think is supposed to be free from their customers. They only have one restaurant which they dont have a lot of food choices so you’re stuck to whatever they have if you dont get food outside. Alcoholic Drinks are like juice so you will keep ordering. They have breakfast buffet until 11am and its kinda worth it. Pools are great and thats the best part. "

"It was very crowded on Saturday so it made the property: like pool areas, a little bit dirty than I expected. Overall was good though, I got to enjoy the pools and beach more on Sunday and the coffee and breakfast from the cafe was yummy. "

"This was absolutely perfect for our family with kids. The pools, the beach and games was enough to keep everyone entertained our entire stay. It was close enough to the more touristy area but far enough away that was safe and much less people. I would 100% stay here again with our family. Rooms were clean and had many amenities to allow to save money on going out to eat. "

"Free breakfast was great. Pools were rowdy due to kids and not having staff that enforced the pool rules. Elevator was terrifying and sounded like it would break while inside. Inside of the room was beat up which was disappointing since I paid for a king suite. Cleaning was poor since they only changed the trash and brought us one towel a day. The doors would slam and you’d hear it all day long from every room including the floors above and below. Excellent staff, highly professional and very kind but just disappointed by a few things that should’ve been included in the description of the room."
