With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living space and a bright open kitchen area, this home is perfect for your family or small group of friends to relax and soak in the Colorado sun! Sorry, no pets allowed.

This home is the perfect basecamp for all your western Colorado adventures! As part of the Palisades Legends community, The Lily Pad is located close to the Fruit and Wine byway, the Palisade Plunge mountain bike trail, Downtown Palisade and so much more! Come home from a day of adventuring and enjoy a dip in the community pool (open mid-May to mid-September) then retreat to a private back yard with an electric BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and dining area. While you're here, enjoy the views of Mt. Garfield while walking our community trails. We even have private bike storage within your private carport to keep your toys safe and ready for action!
