We recently stayed here with our family, and while the place itself is very cute and has a lot of charm, there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience.First, the cleanliness could have been better. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t meet the level we were expecting. The bigger issue was the Wi-Fi. It would not connect at all during our stay. I reached out to the host, and while she did attempt to reset it remotely, the issue was never resolved. Unfortunately, communication after that was not very helpful, she repeatedly mentioned that she was at work and didn’t offer any further assistance or solutions. Since Wi-Fi was listed as an amenity (and important for us traveling with kids), I asked about a small partial refund due to it not being available. The host declined and stated she doesn’t offer refunds, though I couldn’t find anything about that in the listing rules.Overall, the space itself is nice, but the lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address the issue left us disappointed. I would recommend this place more if the host improved communication and follow-through when problems arise.
