A lot of problems and no help
We had a lot of issues with the property and got very little help from the property owners/management company. Without the issues being fixed, the bad outweighed the good.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable.
The house uses window units for air conditioning, not a problem and typical of old houses. The one in the bedroom is extremely old and therefore loud, making squealing noises all night making it hard to sleep on an already uncomfortable bed.
I had work to do in the mornings. The WiFi network they provided didn’t exist causing me to lose an hour of work time while waiting for new WiFi information.
There was no remote for the tv, and although I let the management company know first thing on our first morning, and flowed up multiple times, we didn’t receive a remote until the night of our 3rd and final day.
The kitchen was dirty and the bathroom window (which is in the center of the shower) was disgusting with mold and dirt. On the last day the toilet stopped working (not clogged just not filling).
The person managing the property is not the owner and couldn’t help much, was also not polite and condescending.
This has the potential to be a great place to stay. If they had been quick to get us a remote, made sure we were given the correct WiFi info, and either given us a discount or did something about the bed or air conditioner, I would be singing their praises.
But the lack of customer service and number of issues makes this not worth it.
