Check in was sketchy and could not confirm ride to airport. Said it was dependent on the weather. Next morning at 5:30am was told they had an issue with the van that never moved once since check in. Had to rush to find a ride and extra cost.

It was an awful stay. Heat was off in the room when I arrived and took 2 hours to reach comfortable temperature. No hot water and the manager did not make an attempt to remedy the situation or offer any kind of refund or credit. Avoid this place!

Our bathroom door didn't close at all. My husband had to fight with it to get it sort of closed. The toilet was loose and wobbly, the hand towels were super stained. The bedframe made so much noise. The only thing it had going for it was it was clean. The parking lot is in bad shape.

Convenient good service

I was glad to see that the carpet was removed and hard flooring was installed. The updates were done however, the bathroom was dirty. We were very grateful that they provide 24 hour airport shuttle. Our driver was professional, and took us to the airport at 3 AM. We do not have to wait, and was taken to the airport as scheduled.
