The airport shuttle is was great. The staff at the front desk was good. The floor in room 111 was dirty. It didn’t pass the white sock test. I will have to soak my socks I wore to Lee my feet clean because the socks were dirty. The sink faucet fixture was hard to use. There was no hair dryer.

The bed made noise every time you sat on it or laid on it. Guest over my head were walking seem as if they were going to come through the floor. You hear every step the took . It was really bad it woke me up out my sleep I didn't get the rest I needed

The room was neglected. I saw food stains on the top sheet. The door to the room head peeling paint and the tub also had peeling paint. Although this is an outside door there was much too much cold air coming into the room on a very frigid night. and the room heater was very inadequate. I was giving a second room and although the heater worked the tub was in better condition the front door was in better condition I had to take a cold shower because I had no hot water until the morning when it was about to leave. The better I slept in felt very used. As if it were purchased and refurbished. No microwave in the room is a complete turn off. I needed a third night but I chose to check out because of my unfortunate experience at this hotel. I would absolutely never recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and the airport shuttle was a great benefit. What could improve is the quality of the bed and pillows. They were both lumpy and uncomfortable. I have severe back pain so I feel everything.
