The Space:
We have done our best to anticipate your needs, and have stocked this home with only the finest, as we would if we ourselves were staying there.
Living room and the master bedroom both have large Smart HDTV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and glassware, we also provide coffee and tea.
Both bedrooms have new medium firm mattresses.
Second bedroom has a comfortable working space.
Bathroom has a large glass shower. Towels, Body wash, Shampoo, Lotion and Conditioner are supplied along with a hairdryer.

We tried to keep the charm of an original 100 years old house and make it cozy and comfortable. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time away.

This is a downstairs unit of a duplex - if you’re really sensitive to noise, we might not be the best choice for you😊

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves for the length of their stay. The upstairs unit has a separate entrance, there’s no shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Our place is on a very well lit and safe street, a few houses down from McGinty's Pub, Angelo's Pizza (a Tom Hanks favorite) and Addicted Coffee. We are next to the High School which has a Track to run on, an indoor pool (available for use during certain hours for a nominal fee). A half mile down the street is our local Giant Eagle Supermarket. Downtown Lakewood is a mile away and boasts of many other restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
A 12 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland, multiple bus lines on nearby streets.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is over 100 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear and quaint aging.

This property is protected by a video surveillance system which consists of 2 outdoor cameras, one facing the front doors and one in the driveway.

Please note that our check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check out time is 11am sharp.
