With 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and private amenities on each side, everyone has room to relax while still enjoying time together.

This property combines the comfort of two private homes with the convenience of staying together under one roof—ideal for family gatherings, business travel groups, or friends exploring the Cleveland area. Just minutes from Bedford Reservation, Bridal Veil Falls, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, you’ll be close to beautiful trails, waterfalls, and local attractions.

House Rules:

Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed

Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Parties or large gatherings
Unauthorized guests
No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.

We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Pets:
Max 2 dogs: with flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional fee

Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused
NO cats allowed!

Shoes off inside:
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll be able to select whichever protection you prefer—either a modest damage-waiver for accidental mishaps, or a refundable security hold that automatically releases within 24 hours after checkout.
