We take house rules seriously. Security is on-site 24/7 and there are hallway cameras + a Minut/NoiseAware device inside the unit (this only monitors noise levels, no audio recording).

We would have liked to spend more time at the loft, but we were out & about all day, and it was a short visit. The place was clean and well-furnished. The parking garage seemed to have many more supports than most, so it took a little finesse to park the car, but that was just a minor nuisance. Anna was very communicative throughout the process, which made everything go smoothly. Thank you Anna!

Super nice, super clean stay! We were a little concerned when we saw the parking garage, but the building and apartment itself were very nice! And though a little daunting, the parking garage was very secure and it was nice to not have to worry about the safety of our vehicle in the city during our stay! Anna was a great host providing great information for visiting Cleveland. The apartment was nice and the fact that it had its own parking was nice too. A couple of things to be aware of; the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor and there are 20 stairs to get there. We stayed 5 nights and 3 of the 5 nights someone in the building was playing music very loudly from 10:30pm to early morning hours. Other than that it was a very clean, modern little apartment that was close to the places we were visiting.
