Very affordable nice property, walking distance to Clayton.
They let us arrive early which was a huge plus, often places are available but I've never had someone actually do that before and in this case it made a huge difference in our stay. The beds could use box springs (just mattress on the frame). I know my wife & daughter both said it impacted their sleep. Me and my other daughter slept fine.

Wonderful House
We had such a great time. This home is conveniently located to downtown Clayton and easy access to Hwy 70. The home was clean, open and spacious for kids and family! The owner was in constant communication prior to arrival and answering our questions. They even went above and beyond when circumstances delayed our trip by one day! Will definitely stay here again!
